# Overview

A run is an offensive security assessment. It points [tCell](/docs/runs/tcell) or a custom agent at approved [targets](/docs/runs/targets).

As the agent works, it produces evidence. When it confirms a security weakness, Antigen creates a live [vulnerability](/docs/runs/vulnerabilities) for your team to track and remediate. A [report](/docs/runs/reports) captures the relevant vulnerabilities and evidence from an engagement at a point in time.
