# Reports

A report captures the results of an engagement at a point in time. It summarizes the relevant vulnerabilities and includes the evidence that supported them when the report was written.

Reports do not replace live vulnerabilities. A vulnerability can continue through triage, remediation, and verification after it appears in a report. The report remains a record of what Antigen found during that engagement.

Reports can map vulnerabilities to compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and NIST 800-53.
