Connect GitLab to track human tasks as issues. Each issue goes to the person responsible for the request and includes the vulnerability context and instructions.

Access required

Connect a GitLab account with access to the project where issues should appear. A project Maintainer should complete setup so the integration can create and update issues, assign members, and receive project updates. Authorization uses GitLab OAuth. Review the requested access when connecting. GitLab’s API scope can grant access beyond issues; the integration uses it to manage human tasks in your selected project.

Connect GitLab

  1. Open Settings → Integrations → GitLab.
  2. Select Connect, sign in to GitLab, and authorize Antigen.
  3. Choose the project where human tasks should appear.
  4. Confirm that issues are enabled and the people receiving tasks have access to the project.

Complete a request

Use comments to discuss the request or provide information the agent needs. After completing the requested action, add any relevant details and close the issue. For example, if the task asks you to update a firewall rule, review the proposed change and apply it. Describe the change in the issue, then close it so the agent can continue. When another connected integration detects completion, the task and its issue update automatically. See Issue tracking for how these updates relate to the vulnerability.

Troubleshooting

The project is unavailable

Check that the connected account has access to the project and that the project’s Issues feature is enabled.

An issue cannot be assigned

Check that the intended recipient can be assigned issues in the selected project. If the connected account lost access, reconnect using an account with the required permissions.
