Connect Linear to create and track human tasks as issues. Each issue is assigned to the person responsible for the request and includes the vulnerability context and instructions.

Access required

Authorize Antigen in the Linear workspace where your team tracks work. The integration needs access to read teams and members, create and update issues, and read and write comments. Antigen connects as an application through Linear OAuth. You do not need to create a personal API key.

Connect Linear

  1. Open Settings → Integrations → Linear.
  2. Select Connect and choose your Linear workspace.
  3. Review and approve the requested access.
  4. Select the Linear team where human tasks should appear.
People receiving tasks need access to that team. If the team is private, make sure the integration also has access to it.

Work on a request

The assigned issue describes what the agent needs and why. Use comments to provide details, ask questions, or explain what is blocking the work. After completing the requested action, move the issue to a completed status in your team’s workflow. For example, grant the requested repository access, comment with the change, and mark the issue done. The agent can then retry its work. If another integration detects that the requested action is complete, the task and its Linear issue update automatically. A GitHub pull request merge can complete a request to merge that pull request. See Issue tracking for how task updates affect the vulnerability workflow.

Troubleshooting

A team or assignee is unavailable

Check that you connected the correct workspace and that both the integration and intended assignee have access to the selected team.

Issues stop updating

Check whether the Antigen integration was removed or its access changed in Linear. Reconnect it in Antigen if authorization was revoked.
